Our Inspiration
At The Cotswold Gelateria we pride ourselves on making Gelato that will bring a smile to your face. Born of much experimentation, several essential tasting trips around Italy, and a little thinking outside the box, we believe we have produced some of the finest Gelato right here in the Cotswolds.
We only use Premium ingredients and Produce our Gelato in ‘Micro Batches’ to ensure we get the very Finest quality Gelato, that only a true Nonna could rival.
Our Weird and Wonderful Recipe
We strive for only the very best here, and after much experimentation with traditional ice cream making (and it coming up a tad short), we stumbled upon a weird and wonderful base for our ice cream that we think sets it apart from the rest… the humble Coconut!
Our coconut base has a completely neutral flavour as it only uses the oil, but gives our Gelato an unbeatable creaminess that can only be tried to believed.

Peppermint and Dark Chocolate
Refreshing and intense American peppermint swirled with 70% dark chocolate shards to create the most indulgent mouthful. (Allergens: Egg, Soya Lethecin)
Strawberry Ripple
Summer strawberries compote, rippled through a velvety vanilla base, comforting and nostalgic. (Allergens: Egg)
Dark Chocolate

Black Cherry and Port Ripple (LIMITED EDITION)
One of our seasonal specials, showcasing the classic pairing of black cherry and boozy port. Our cherry and port compote is made in house, and hand swirled into each tub after churning. (Allergens: Egg, Sulphites. Contains Alcohol)
Dulce de Leche
Perfectly balanced blend of Sea Salt and our in house caramel, swirled thought our Gelato, to make our Most Moreish Gelato. (Allergens: Egg, Dairy)
Matcha
A fusion of ceremonial grade Japanese matcha powder, and classic gelato, a match made in heaven! (Allergens: Egg. Contains Caffeine)
Choccy Road
